My job is to know things, develop the best strategies and be a good problem solver. Since this is my first article on my personal blog, I thought it might be best to present my subjective thoughts on the industry as a whole and share a little more about the digital marketing industry in advance. The industry is a complicated machinery that is constantly evolving and developing based on customer demand or perhaps even the creators of this world’s ideas of what could be. In my personal opinion, most applicable practices that are developed and adopted commercially are market driven. This is one of the main reasons why digital marketing is so effective. While a few decades ago data analysis was tedious, resource and time consuming, today machines have replaced the need for labeling and people are increasingly going digital to buy all kinds of goods.
However, the concepts and ideas for the enteral market are much simpler. There are some key points that anyone who wants to become a professional ”retailer” should consider. The value of any product is determined based on the value assigned to it by the general public and other products of the same category in the market, the value assigned to it by the individual, and finally the value that can be created by special features and characteristics. For example, there are products that are widely recognized by the general public and other products that are valuable only to a specific group of individuals or collectors. The same principle applies to all areas of industry. Whether you want to sell material products or your services, the market is relevant to the situation in which you find yourself.
Other values of the industry
Marketing may be about what the product represents
With that said, how are digital marketers supposed to look at the industry when looking for a job, when looking to create their own values and their own business, or even when they are looking for a possible partnerships?
